1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Player Info ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

My Player Info provides a platform for student-athletes to create and manage professional recruiting websites. The Service includes website hosting, template rendering, custom domain management, analytics, and profile management tools.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to My Player Info, including photos, videos, text, and statistics. By uploading content, you grant My Player Info a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and render your content as part of the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• All athletic statistics and information are accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Your content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material

5. Service & Fees

My Player Info is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice, and existing free accounts will not lose access to core features without explicit opt-in.

6. Custom Domains

Users may use custom domains with their My Player Info site. We assist with DNS configuration and provide SSL certificates at no additional cost. You are responsible for domain registration and annual renewal through your registrar. My Player Info is not liable for domain-related issues outside our control.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or NCAA/NAIA eligibility rules
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your profile will be taken offline. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

My Player Info is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Player Info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of recruiting opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
